These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nexa Willow website and any purchase you make from us. Nexa Willow is operated by Nexa Holdings LLC, 1712 Columbia St, Louisville, KY 40203, United States ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and sizing can vary between styles, so please check each product's size and fit notes before ordering. If a product you receive is not as described, our Refund Policy applies.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is not included in product prices and is calculated at checkout where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, duties and delivery

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Nexa Willow or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
