Orders and delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, then typically arrive in 5 to 7 business days, so 6 to 10 business days in total. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Do you charge for shipping?

No. Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.

Will I pay import duties?

No. Import duties are covered by us, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?

Orders with several pairs may ship separately, each with its own tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. Contact us as soon as possible.

Sizing

What size should I order?

Most styles use EU sizing. Measure your foot and use our size guide. If you're between sizes or have wide feet, size up.

Returns

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn shoes in their original packaging. Size exchanges ship free. See our returns page for details.

When will I get my refund?

Within 10 business days of your return reaching us.
