Where is my tracking number?
We email it to you as soon as your order ships, usually 1 to 3 business days after you order. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.
Tracking hasn't updated yet
New tracking numbers can take 2 to 3 business days to show their first update. Orders usually arrive 6 to 10 business days after you order.
More than one tracking number?
If you ordered more than one pair, they may ship separately, each with its own tracking number.
Still stuck?
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier.
