Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise stated.
